Our firm started life in 1965 as NJ Papallo & Co, founded by Nicholas Papallo. Renamed NJ Papallo Lawyers in 2006, and in 2016, Nicholas’s youngest son, David Papallo, took over the reins of the practice.
David is passionate about building on his father’s legacy and continuing the vision and commitment of a client-focused practice, built on a foundation of excellence, innovation and relationship.

David Papallo
David was mentored by his father to carry on the Papallo tradition—delivering the high standard of personalised service that has been the hallmark of the practice for over 50 years. His journey in law began early, working for nearly a decade as a law clerk and paralegal. This hands-on experience gave David a broad understanding of legal processes and a solid foundation for his career.
In 2005, he was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court. Today, David’s main areas of practice include Property, Commercial and Business Law, and Wills and Probate. He also has a genuine passion for Estate Planning, helping clients secure their futures with clarity and care.
David brings both deep knowledge and a personal touch to every matter, upholding the values at the heart of the Papallo name.
Christine Raymer, Paralegal
Christine has been with the firm since 2004, after spending more than 10 years in top tier law firms. Her extensive knowledge of and experience in Property, Leasing, Banking and Finance quickly made her an integral member of the firm, and an invaluable resource for our clients who are tenants or property buyers.
In her spare time, Christine volunteers for several organisations.
